Ange and Steve in Broome

“Zolotas Bridal was roughly my sixth shop I had visited. Sophie was so easy to talk to, she replied to my many Instagram messages instantly. I mentioned our budget and when we arrived, the dresses were there ready to try on. I was greeted with the choice of champagne or tea. Sophie has a very happy, relaxed vibe. As soon as I tried on the dress I didn’t want to take it off - I new it was the one for me. (Previous stores it was next dress, next dress, but this one I wanted on forever) I had imagined a gown that felt light and breezy, flexible too so that I could pick my children up and dance in freely. I had so many comments regarding the detail of the gown. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!”

When planning their wedding, Ange & Steve took inspiration from the beach carefree lifestyle of Broome. They were surprised to find that planning an oceanfront ceremony and reception involved a lot of permits and forms from the council so they enlisted the help of Laura from Sunset Hire to coordinate vendors and alleviate any stress. Ange and Steve married at Entrance Point Beach infront of 90 guests as the sun started to set which they both agree was their favourite moment. Angie’s comfortable and unique gown from Zolotas bridal completed the sandy setting perfectly. They enjoyed sparkling wine and watched the sunset before heading to the @thebilliresort for a fun filled reception where the couple capped their night by jumping into the resort pool - wedding dress and all! Making the most of their guests who some they hadn’t seen in years, Angie and Steve did a pre wedding dinner the night before and a pool party the day after, extending their stay in broome by a week to spent time with their guests!
